By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Commission Eligibility
Affiliates will earn commissions only on the customer’s first valid purchase made through their unique referral links or approved promotional methods, provided that the purchase is completed within the 30-day cookie attribution period.
Commissions are only granted on completed, non-refunded, and compliant orders.
Commissions will not be paid on repeat purchases, future orders, or additional purchases made by the same customer, even if such purchases occur within the 30-day cookie period, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Discount Codes and Promotions
The use, sharing, or promotion of discount codes that have not been explicitly assigned or authorized for the affiliate is strictly prohibited.
Orders generated using unauthorized discount codes (including but not limited to codes issued directly by the company to specific customers) will not be eligible for affiliate commissions.
Any order received through an affiliate referral that includes a discount code not issued or authorized by us will be automatically rejected.
If affiliates wish to offer discounts to their audience, they may request or create their own codes where applicable. Any such discounts may be deducted from the affiliate’s commission and not applied as an additional promotional benefit unless explicitly agreed.
3. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates agree not to:
- Misuse or distribute unauthorized discount codes
- Engage in misleading or deceptive marketing practices
- Self-refer or place orders on their own behalf to generate commissions
- Interfere with or manipulate the tracking system
4. Order Review and Validation
All referred orders are subject to review. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke commissions at our sole discretion if orders are found to violate these terms or show suspicious or non-compliant activity.
5. Commission Adjustments and Reversals
We reserve the right to reverse commissions in cases of refunds, cancellations, fraudulent activity, or breach of these terms.
6. Program Changes
We may update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account found to be in violation of these terms without prior notice.
